DEFY partners with KING5 and Northwest Harvest to help battle hunger!
DEFY Wrestling™ is excited to announce that we have partnered with King 5 News and Northwest Harvest to fight hunger and feed families in Washington State as a part of KING 5's Home Team Harvest
Starting with December 15th's DEFY ON EDGE at the Historic Washington Hall in Seattle, fans can find Northwest Harvest donation boxes at all DEFY Wrestling™ Washington State merch stations to easily donate food items and help battle hunger.
KING 5's 18th annual Home Team Harvest to benefit Northwest Harvest is underway. This year’s goal is to raise enough funds and donations to provide six million meals for families in need in Washington state.
Over the last 18 years, Home Team Harvest has raised over 40 million meals – but we can’t stop there. Right now in Washington, 1 in 6 children lives in a household that struggles with hunger and 1 in 9 people are considered “food insecure.” For more information visit https://interactive.king5.com/home-team-harvest/

Northwest Harvest is the only nonprofit food bank distributor operating statewide in Washington with a network of 375 food banks, meal programs and high-need schools. Through this network, we provide 2 million meals every month and provide access to nutritious food while respecting their dignity and promoting good health. Their vision is ending hunger in Washington.
Northwest Harvest can feed a family of three a nutritious meal for just 67 cents. Every penny of their food and operating funds comes from individuals, businesses, foundations and other organizations, and 90 cents of every dollar donated goes directly to food distribution.
